Americans are fed up with out-of-control pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) who are taking advantage of us. Three companies control 80% of the market, and they’re making record profits while leaving us to foot the bill. We need federal legislation that holds PBMs accountable and ends their harmful practices. 

Congress must enact transformative legislation to strengthen drug affordability, improve pharmacy access and stop PBMs from taking advantage of us. We need impactful reforms that increase transparency and accountability for PBMs. 

Urge Congress to take action now and pass legislation this year that will make a real difference for American working families and patients.
